Rybot the Ryno Robot

I built Rybot for Ryno Resumes, a company that sells resume services. The bot is designed to answer customers' questions and help them place orders outside of business hours. It allows users choose to ask a question, place an order, walk through using the Resume Builder, contact the company, or be transferred to a live chat agent.
